There are only a few of these stores, the original opened in Beverly Hills. I have heard so many people talk about how great the cupcakes are and how I must try them. Well, I decided to take the family to Newport (the closest one) and try these fantastic cupcakes for myself. I must say they are good. Are they the best cupcakes I have ever tasted? Not particularly, but still good. Surprisingly, Mackenzie did not like the Red Velvet frosting. I was not so impressed with the Chocolate either, but again, still a good cup cake.
I visited a friend in Dallas and she took me to get some Sprinkles cupcakes. Not bad but I too think I have had better. For Christmas that year she bought me two mixes. My curiosity got the best of me and searched online. $15 for cupcake mix? You buy 15 boxes of cake mix for that!!! LOL.
